The Yard: your Safe Family Mesh
Looking Glass OS keeps kids safe inside the app. The Yard (Safe Family Mesh) is the optional home-network layer that keeps their devices safe on your Wi-Fi. It is hardware and network setup, so it is not part of this web app, and nothing on this page changes your network.
An isolated family edge network
Kids' devices sit on their own network segment, separate from smart TVs, guests, and work laptops.
Boundary defense
Blocks inbound network scans and known tracking and ad domains before they reach a child's device.
Zero-trust by default
New devices and outside connections are denied until a parent approves them, and every approval is logged on your own hardware.
How it relates to this app
- Looking Glass OS works on any network. The Yard is an extra layer, not a requirement.
- This app never scans, configures, or reports on your network, and it has no way to.
- Setup is done separately with BB2G. Ask for The Yard / Safe Family Mesh when you contact the team.
